Langley on Leadership - Part 2
There's difference between a good leader and a GREAT leader. Do you know what it is?
I have always said to be a "great" leader you must be a "great" follower. Leadership is not a destination, but a journey. Where will you allow God to take you today? Thanks for you thoughts. Great to see you pursuing your masters at Fuller, great school, so I hear. I would love to do the same, just need to pay off undergrad loans first, mine and my wife's!:)
